Have you noticed that everything that comes out of the White House and Obama are topics that keep him popular.
Obama has an agenda for the America way of life and as long as he stays popular he can work on that agenda a small piece at a time.
America take off the blinders and watch how he stays popular, take you time and take a close look.

I agree,, if he can stay popular he will be able to push his agenda through. And I am tired of him acting outraged over the AIG bonuses, I guess he too didn't read the bill before signing...kinda like Congress voting on it before reading it. It was in the bill, I wonder what else is hiding in the bill. "Buyer beware!" Most people I know read the fine print before signing any contracts or legal papers. It is the smart thing to do.

Well he is our president and he wants to be liked. There was sooooo much negative publicity about former President Bush and soooooo much is blamed on him now and President Obama does not want that to happen to him. He promised the American people ALOT. He promised CHANGE. But he does like to work the American people. He is on TV ALL THE TIME!!!! Primetime, Daytime, Leno. The list goes on and on. I just want things to get better. I don't care about popular, just better and what is right.

Hey, speaking of "popular" President Obama is really loved by the British people, have you seen all the news coverage? He is the 11th American President to meet the Queen of England.

The next craze, they say, will be people wanting to get a dog like the first family just got. It is going to be popular amongst animal lovers. Ted Kennedy gave them the dog, if I remember correctly.
Although, I read online that the woman who sold VP Biden his dog, she is a breeder, has received numerous threats and has been inspected repeatedly for violations because she is a breeder and he should have adopted on of the many homeless animals in this country instead, the story said.

ok what is wrong with President obama helping everyday people. My folks both worked very hard, everyday and there was never enough money to go around. none of us kids were able to go to college but I am hoping that my kids can with the education reform that the President wants. Quit basing the President and give him a chance.

::)I did not vote for Obama and I would like for him to suceed but I don't think that will happen because that he has a very questionable backround, he knows people like Ayers and Rev.Wright and he attended lectures on Markism in college and that most of the programs he wants are moving this country towards socialization.

It think you better re-think Obama.
How long is it going to take for this chance we should give him?
He can only blame the Bush administration for so long.
If you really take a look at what he had done to date, it is only what is popular at the time and what will keep him popular.
A President of the United States should always do what is best for his country, not apologize for things we have not done.
A President of the United States does not have all religious symbols be removed or covered to make a speech. (Georgetown)
The list goes on and on, I will site more if you want.
I respect your opinion, I respect Obama, I respect the office of President, but Obama is not the best man or a qualified man for the job.
No, I am not a Republican, I am a registered Democrat.

::)It seems to me that the people who were always "Bush Bashing" are the ones who are yelling the loudest to give Obama a chance. I ask a chance to do what? Obama is a far left socialist who in my opinion wants to take us from working for ourselves to working for the government. He is increasing the size of Government and control of the banks. Does any one really think that the government does an efficient job, think about it, next time you are at the DMV holding your number slip waiting to be treated like an idiot by mostly rude government workers!

I will say this -- --I find it ironic that Obama has been digging up and displaying actions taken by the Bush Administration -- when we are trying to go forward? If that is so, why are we even bringing this up? If its in the past and we are trying for Change and Hope and to become a better nation why dig up dirt on your predecessor NOW? Maybe to keep the negative attention off of one's self and to keep it directed elsewhere?? Whats in the past is in the past - I know first hand - you can't go back and change things no matter how big the mistake was and how much damage was done. The key - is GOING FORWARD. How bout we do that and stop pointing fingers for a while? Then maybe we will all see some change.

On an "unpopular" note - have you heard about what happened in NYC when they flew a 747 escorted by a military jet for a photo op low to the Manhatten skyscrapers? PANIC and TERROR. Come on, what were they thinking? Those poor people. That was in poor taste and way to close to home. I heard that event cost of $350,000 dollars after it was said and done.

Tell me what Obama is doing for the average American now, I want to warn People that the current Administration will be the downfall of "We The People"
All of the current spending will be paid for by the average American taxpayer, you see it more and more everyday in new taxes.
For those of you that are still blinded by the rock star, there is a system going on here, continue taking it from those that are still working and giving it to those that are not...
What is Obama gonna do for those of us that are still working, oh I know, beat us to death with new taxes until we get laid off and then let us receive unemployment too.

Unemployment is on the rise and it is UNBELIEVEABLE how easy it is to get it and how many reasons people file for it for. It is never going to get better if we don't stop taking the free ride and work for a great ride. NOTHING IS FREE.

This is what the Obama administration has brought to the American people as a new way of life and change. Those that need it will get it, those that don't need it will get it and those that don't need soon will.
His administration is bringing the American people that are still working to a point where they will be unemployed soon also. If you take a really close look and how and what jobs are being lost and in what order, it is not hard to see your own future.
The only way to stop this free fall is for the American people to want to stop it. Right now in the eyes of most people that are un-employed, the Obama administration is the greatest thing in the world, and you can not bleme them for that because it's all they have left.
The rest of us that are still employed under this way of Government are on the way and walking down the path to unemployment and it seems that is what this administration wants. They want the American people to be dependant on Government. ( Remember Obama is The One)
"We The People" has turned into "We The Government", "and "We The Government" is not what America was founded on.
I'm sure there a a few past "American Presidents" and "Founding Fathers" that are turning over in their graves.
Wake up America... and take off those rock star blinders.

We now have Obama Motors, Obama Energy, Obama Banks, Obama Wrench, Obama Cap & Trade, Police Chief Obama, ObamaCare, whatever happened to "We the People"
Flood your state elected leaders with phone calls and e-mails and stop the Obama takeover of our freedom of choice...

Dear Employees:
As the CEO of this organization, I have resigned to the fact that Barrack Obama is our President and that our taxes and government fees will increase in a BIG way. To compensate for these increases, our prices would increase by about 10%. Since we cannot increase our prices right now due the dismal state of the enconomy, we will have to lay off sixty of our employees instead. This has really been bothering me since I believe we are a family here and I didn't know how to choose who would have to go. So this is what I did, I walked around our parking lot and found sixty Obama stickers on our employees' cars and have decided these folks will be the ones to let go.
I can't think of a more fair way to approach this problem. They voted for change...I gave it to them.
I will see the rest of you at the annual company picnic.

We have no one to blame for this but ourselves. If we say nothing, if we take no action, then how can we sit here and say it's wrong? I make an effort everyday to be accountable for my actions. I go to work, sweat, and come home. Only to know that it's not enough. I know that one man against the whole world may not make a difference. But it may make a difference to one person. I'm no Mother Theresa, but I help where I can. There is a man where I live with no job, two adorable little girls and a devoted wife. They live in a 15 foot camper. Day after day I watch him as he tries to put food on the table, get gas money for friends to drive them to the store because his car sits in the driveway with a bad transmission. His wife babysits and does laundry for folks to earn money as well. They have almost nothing. Just one another. I help when I can, take them to the store and such on occasion. And once a week or so, I take him to the meth clinic. This young couple (in thier early 20's) has shown more heart and perseverance than most do thier whole life. I hate to think that I used to complain if the cable went out. Have they made poor choices? Yes. But they've learned from them and are genuinely making a collossal effort to turn thier lives around. The point of this is that nothing will change unless we make it happen. America wants to know where the promised "Change" is? I'll tell you. It's in each of us. You want to see change? Go help your neighbor fix his truck. Take a friend to the store. Ask your co-worker what's wrong when they look down. Help a stranger push thier broken down vehicle out of traffic. That's where the change starts. Don't wait for someone to hand you "Change". Make a difference in just your small part of the world. I stand here before you and promise that if we don't take action and responsibility, then we may as well put the chains around our own necks. Because that's what we're doing if we wait for someone else to do it for us.
