Look at what the Obama nightmare maddness is doing to America. Voice your opinion. DEM. LIBERALS AND OBAMA NEED TO GO. Our American way of life is at stake if things don't change and stop Obama and his THUGS.

At first it seems good.... www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38258047/ns/business-stocks_and_economy?GT1=43001But the more you read.... ......Speaking on the Senate floor Thursday, Dodd, D-Conn., conceded that the bill's impact will not be evident immediately. "It is not a perfect bill, I will be the first to admit that," he said. "It will take the next economic crisis, as certainly it will come, to determine whether or not the provisions of this bill will actually provide this generation or the next generation of regulators with the tools necessary to minimize the effects of that crisis." ...... The less faith I have.

You didn't answer the question and it wasn't about President Obama. It was about our economy.

Are we in better shape today than we are four years ago?
I for one, am holding the same job as I did four years ago. Four years ago, my pay was regular, my hours were regular, we were booking out the entire rental property and raises were regular on a full staff.
Currently, we've closed and shut down power to half the property, do not have a manager, book about 10% each night, have cut hours in half, cut employees, my job is definitely on the line because of booking and volume issues, I am training people to replace me when I am gone.
Better? You tell me.

I'm willing to bet that you've also had your workload increased to compensate for the cut employees, did they give you thier share of the pay as well?

Once again remember to vote in November and ask yourself the old Rpnald Regan question:
Are You Better Off Than Four Years Ago?
During the 1980 presidential campaign, Ronald Reagan quickly deflated Jimmy Carter’s reelection bid with a simple question, asking the American people, “are you better off today than four years ago?” The answer, at a time of high unemployment, staggering inflation, spiraling energy prices, and hostages in Tehran, was an obvious - and devastating - no.

Better off?
Not financially, but I have my health and my family and in the end that is what counts.

Again (just like gas prices) this is a never ending topic of conversation. The economy is not better, I don't know who is kidding who here. Look around you, does it look better? Really? Unemployment is sky high, job loss is sky high, income is down the tubes and yet, it is getting better. Right.

"What needs to be done in Congress"
STOP ALL BILLS UNTIL AFTER MID TERM ELECTIONS, ALL OF THEM, FILIBUSTER IF NECESSARY
STOP THE OBAMA SPENDING AND THE OBAMA DIST RUCTION OF OUT CONSTITUTION.
STOP THE OBAMA POWER GRAB.
STOP THE LIBERAL BED WETTERS AGENDA TO DESTROY THE AMERICA WAY OF LIFE.

The economy needs to be fixed. Plain and simple.
Everyone has their own ideas as to what needs to happen.
The powers that be point fingers and place blame, each promising to make it better. Work TOGETHER.

Take a long hard look around and tell me things are better, leave BUSH out of it, he has been gone nearly 2 years.
If OBAMA had not spent the firs 17 months paying back people (OBAMA CARE) and worked on our economy and jobs, things would be different.
All of you LIBERAL bet wetters may see change coming just around the corner, and OBAMA can keep the C H A N G E !

We have Obama Care and still no jobs, the stock market is tumbling again today and Obama thinks all is well. He and the Democratic control ed Congress want to spend more taxpayer money.
Stop the spending, extend the Bush tax cuts, and cut taxes not increase them. The only good thing in the economic today is that the price of oil is down.
