Giving money to the banks is not helping, when you want to solve a problem, you go to the root of the problem.
Our Government is propping up big money and not getting to the root of the problem.
The Government needs to help the people with their mortgage if they are going to give money away. Lenders will get paid and our economy will grow.
Big money is going to big money and NOT TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
Barney Frank needs to find another job....

that is a good point. the housing market is at the root of the problem. people can't afford to pay for the homes, they are losing their jobs in a bad economy that is being feed by bad judgments, they lose their home. the bank loses money. it doesn't want to lend. the bank asks for more money to keep it a float instead of asking to give to money to the little guy. wow. I get it, why don't they?

The stock market dropped 200 plus points after his speech, I am proud to say that I did not vote for Obama.
And I am proud to be an American everyday.
150 Million dollars plus for the ROCK CONCERT today. But oh I forgot, he is the chosen one.
40 million for Bush, and the Democratic party had a fit, where are they today...

Well the Democratic PORK package passed, the bank CEO's and Wall Street CEO's have received Billions and this package will give me for example approximately $30.00 less taxes to pay on my by-weekly paycheck starting in May for one year.
Take a good look at the package and tell me what it's going to do for you.
You may said that I am a Republican just trying to find fault, sorry I am a registered Democrat that is concerned about my future and the future for the America people.

We are concerned, too. Too much money is being put out there and no one is really sure of anything. No one is really sure that it is going to work, no one can really say when we might see changes. We are just told things take time. Of course, all things do, but how much time and how much more money do we have to invest before we all wise up and realize that most people and companies live beyond their means? It could do a lot to explain how we got in this mess to start with.

I think that your average "JOE' off the street could cut out billions of dollars from the Pork package obama's and the Dems bill. Like Pelosi's millions for mice and condoms. The dems have really taken advantage of the American people to push through all of the social programs they wanted for years. the American people were against this kind of pork package and obama stood up with a straight face and lied to the American people ...There are no earmarks in this bill... he said in his news conference. He must think that you and I are stupid enough not to see this bill for what it really is. What a bunch of crap.

Before the House or Senate votes on this so called Healthcare Bill, it along with all of it's admentments need to be posted. After it's posted there can be no changes. -------------------------------------------------Once this Bill is voted on and if it passes there is no turning back, Its law!!!--------------------------------The American people need to see the final product.........

No to Obama-Care, I would like everyone read the Constitution and Bill of rights, Nowhere in in either does it give Government the right to take over National Health-care.

NOW we are suppose to pass Obama care for "Teddy", sounds kinda like another ploy to get us the the people on board with the plan. When Ted Kennedy really only had a following of the east coast when the left wing has a stronghold and the far west coast. NOT in the heartland of America. Let people remember Ted Kennedy that yes he did some good things for people but he also has some skeletons in his closet and some of them not too pleasant to take out and look at. But now is not the time to be name calling let his family grieve.
