Gas prices made top headlines this morning. $1.99 a gallon if you paid cash. I even received excited text messages from friends that they had seen similar prices. It is nice to see a little positive, isn't it?

Well, in case you all missed it at the other part of the forum, gas prices are on the rise. Ten cents change this week alone.

I hope not, but it is rising quickly. 10 cents more today than end of last week in most places.

:)price of gas is down a little bit. :-/but the price of a barrel of oil is going up so the price of gas will start going up.

Okay, I can see it in both places... gas and economy, kind of goes hand in hand seeing as how the economy is not so great and gas prices keep bouncing around.

oil is above $50 a barrel. So expect the price of gas to be on the rise.
